Our Senior Associate, Jo Phipps, recently represented McApline Hussmann Limited (the employer) in the Employment Relations Authority for claim of unjustified dismissal and disadvantage (for a suspension).

With the help of Paul Diver and Associates, the employer successfully defended the personal grievance and did not have to pay the employee a cent.
